Finding a Property To Rent in Woking & Surrounding Areas

Established in 1995, we have assisted many hundreds of Tenants throughout Woking and its surrounding areas and we are pleased to say that many of new Tenants come to us through personal recommendations.

We recognise that every tenant is different.

We will show you properties that we feel you would like and not waste your time showing you around properties that are obviously unsuitable wasting your valuable time and ours….!

We will endeavour to find out from you as much as possible about your needs and unique set of requirement before showing you properties that may be suitable.

The properties that we have in our portfolio have been vetted by us and Landlords of those properties have been advised as to updates required, cleaning and decoration as necessary. Where ever possible a member of our team will accompany you on each viewing and back again if a second view is required. Our offices are open 6 days a week for your convenience. All our staff has rented property themselves at one time or another and are fully aware of the requirements and anxieties often associated with renting property.

Our commitment to you is to ensure that your involvement with our company is a pleasant experience and one that you would be happy to recommend.

Once you have chosen your property as your new home negotiations will take place and, once accepted, a tenancy agreement and associated paperwork will be prepared. References will be taken and should take no more than 3 or 4 days to complete. A detailed inventory of the property is prepared and a date set for the start of your tenancy. Checkin is then carried out and you will have the opportunity to make any comments in the inventory document. At the end of your tenancy, this report will be used when agreeing any deductions for repairs, after which you will receive the balance of your deposit.

A brief guide to our procedure:

  • Complete a Tenant's Application Form
  • A fee for administration is charged
  • The application is referred to the Landlord for approval
  • Bank, personal, and previous Landlord references and credit reference are carried out
  • Confirmation of Tenancy letters and Tenancy Agreement are dispatched
  • On receipt of satisfactory references you are required to return all paperwork signed as indicated
  • Payment of a deposit equal to 1½ month's rent and 1 month's rent will be required
  • An appointment for the checkin will be arranged where keys will be handed over at the property by a member of our staff
